Kathryn (Katie) Camplen, MSN

Kathryn (Katie) Camplen is a certified nurse midwife (CNM) and women's health nurse practitioner (WHNP) with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She began her career as a clinical obstetrics nurse with the US Air Force, where she spent seven years caring for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, facilitating childbirth classes for pregnant patients, and training other nurses in advanced fetal monitoring. For the past eight years, she has worked as a CNM and WHNP for private obstetrics and gynecology practices in San Antonio, Texas, while continuing to serve as a Chief Nurse and WHNP in the US Air Force Reserves. Katie earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Nurse-Midwifery and a Post-Master's Certificate for Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Katie brings her expertise in contraceptive care, preconception counseling, prenatal care, and electronic fetal monitoring to BobiHealth where, as a Senior Medical Advisor, she plays an integral role in developing evidence-based solutions and educational content for pregnant people, their families, and the healthcare systems that support them.
